Why does FlipRecorder show a persistent notification?

Android requires a visible foreground-service notification while the app monitors the flip gesture and may use the microphone. Disabling Flip Recording stops the monitoring session and notification.

Where are my recordings stored?

Recordings and comments are stored in private app storage on your device. Use Save to create a copy in a destination you choose, or Share to send a selected recording to another app.

Will uninstalling remove my recordings?

Yes. Android normally removes private app files during uninstall. Save copies of important recordings before uninstalling or clearing app data.

How do I restore Premium?

Open FlipRecorder while signed into the Google Play account that purchased Premium. The app checks owned purchases automatically. Confirm that Google Play is online and using the correct account.

Why did a flip not trigger?

The phone must be placed fully face-down after Flip Recording is enabled. Device power-management behavior can differ. First reopen FlipRecorder, disable and re-enable the session, and try again.
