01 / Acceptance

Using FlipRecorder

These Terms form an agreement between you and PrintyxLab LLC. By downloading or using FlipRecorder, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

02 / License

Personal, limited use

PrintyxLab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use FlipRecorder for lawful personal or business purposes on devices associated with your Google Play account. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

03 / Recording laws

You are responsible for consent

Audio-recording and privacy laws differ by location. You are solely responsible for obtaining any consent required before recording a conversation, meeting, lecture or other audio. Do not use FlipRecorder to record unlawfully, invade privacy or infringe another person's rights.

04 / Storage and loss

Maintain your own copies

Recordings are primarily stored on your device. Device failure, insufficient storage, operating-system restrictions, uninstalling the app or user action can cause loss. Use the app's Save or Share feature to make appropriate copies of important material. PrintyxLab is not a backup or archival service.

05 / Premium purchases

One-time entitlement

Premium Unlimited is offered as a one-time Google Play purchase linked to the purchasing Google account. It unlocks the Premium features described in the app at the time of purchase. Google processes payment, regional pricing, taxes, refunds and payment-method information under its applicable terms. Purchase restoration requires access to the purchasing Google account and Google Play services.

06 / Availability

The service may change

We may improve, update or discontinue app features to maintain security, compatibility or legal compliance. Sensor behavior and background operation can vary by Android version, device manufacturer and power-management settings. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

07 / Disclaimer and liability

Use at your own risk

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlipRecorder is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. PrintyxLab LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost recordings, data, revenue or opportunities. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

08 / Governing law

Wyoming, United States

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law in your location applies.
